Sweetgrass Yoga, Hairapy and Little Big Dog Rescue presents a donation's based Puppy Yoga Class on Sunday, July 12, 2026 on the lawn at Hairapy in Christiansburg, VA.

Enjoy free outdoor puppy yoga! All donations will go directly to Little Big Dog Rescue.

Sweetgrass will be leading the beginner friendly class. No experience needed. Little Big Dog Rescue will be bringing puppies. And, some will be adoptable!

Yoga not your thing, but puppies are? Totally fine! Skip registration, but mark the Puppy Yoga Class in your calendar to hop over for a meet and greet, mingle with the crew and just relax!

Little Big Dog Rescue is the little rescue with the big heart. They are a 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue committed to improving and saving the lives of dogs.

Little Big Dog Rescue focuses on pulling dogs from local kill shelters and assisting with owner surrenders when space is available in our foster homes. Beyond rescue, LBDR gives back to our community by promoting responsible dog ownership.
