The Town of Christiansburg and the Christiansburg Parks & Rec kicks off their 2026 Rockin' Christiansburg Concert Series with their May concert featuring music from Solacoustix and Miller Holler on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at a new location at Uptown Christiansburg.

Music Schedule:
• 5:00 PM: Solacoustix
• 7:00 PM: Miller Holler

Join us for our first Rockin’ Christiansburg concert at the back of Uptown Mall (near Kohl’s) for a night of great music, delicious food, games and community fun.

We’ll start the evening off at 5:00 PM with Solacoustix performing a variety of genres including Blues, R&B, country and rock. Then at 7:00 PM, Miller Holler will take the stage with a blend of country, rock and "good-time" music.

Miller Holler is a country rock band with southern roots and a hunger for going against the grain and stirring up the music industry in Nashville, Tennessee.

Solacoustix is a music phenomenon, specializing and performing anything from Blues and R&B to rock based in Roanoke, VA. Solacoustix has played Floydfest and around the state to several college and university crowds.

Jo Jo leads on Bass while Stuart mixes and mashes all types of current and classic music and adds his own soulful voice and makes it his own. Chris is a beast on drums and Cameron rocks the keys which makes this band the one to book for any event. No matter if you need a solo acoustic blues artist or a full band, Solacoustix can meet your needs.

Attendees will also be able to purchase food and drinks from a selection of food trucks and wine & beer vendors.

An assortment of beer and wine options will be available for purchase at this event. Please bring your IDs if you would like to purchase beer or wine.

Admission is free and all are welcome.

Rockin’ Main Concerts take place the second Saturday in May, June, August, and September. Rockin’ Main Concerts feature live performances by favorite local bands as well as up and coming bands. Our Rockin’ Main Street Concert Series is expanding this year with two new locations across Town at Uptown Mall and the Christiansburg Recreation Center. These concerts will be called Rockin’ Christiansburg.

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs to sit and watch the live music.

Concerts are rain or shine.
