Mountain Lake Lodge presents their 2026 Graduation Buffet on Friday, May 15, 2026.

Celebrate Your Graduate at Mountain Lake Lodge! Mark the milestone with a special Friday night buffet in the heart of the Blue Ridge. Whether you’re toasting a new grad or gathering the whole family for the occasion, our chefs at Harvest Restaurant have crafted a menu worth celebrating.

On the Menu:
Begin with a fresh salad bar, chilled shrimp cocktail, and artisan charcuterie & cheese boards served with toast points and crackers.

Then make your way to the carving and entrée stations featuring:
• Roasted Turkey with gravy
• Seared Salmon with pesto butter
• Beef Tenderloin with wild mushrooms and demi-glace
• Grilled Chicken Breast with apricots and fig

Pair your plate with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, saffron rice, roasted asparagus with brown butter hollandaise, and glazed carrots. Save room for a chef’s selection of desserts to finish the night on a sweet note.

The cost is $75.00 per person and $40.00 for guests under the age of 12.
