The Town of Blacksburg and the Mount Tabor Ruritan Club present the 36th Annual July 4th Parade with the theme "A Child's Fourth of July" on Thursday, July 4, 2024 in downtown Blacksburg, Virginia starting at 2:00 pm.
Enjoy floats, bicycles, wagons, marchers, walkers, antique and classic cars, race cars, fire engines, scouts, bands, sports teams and more in the annual Blacksburg 4th of July Parade.
This year's theme is "A Child's Fourth of July".
The parade route begins at the old Blacksburg Middle School property at the corner of Eheart and Main Street and runs through downtown on South Main Street ending at Alumni Mall near Virginia Tech's Drillfield.
The parade starts at 2:00 PM and the line-up begins at 1:30 PM.
Admission is free and all are welcome.
Parade entry is free. To register for entry, email Gavin Faulkner at gavin@rowanmountain.com or register online at: https://forms.gle/jzmfP8XjbvcBnLBaA. Please register by Friday, June 28th.
