Mountain Lake Lodge continues their Sunday Mountain Music Series with the Strange Meetings Trio on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at the Salt Pond Pub.

The Strange Meetings Trio including Peter Golladay and Bill Smith.

Strange Meeting is a trio based in the New River Valley which plays improvised music in a jazz, rock and funk style. The band was formerly known as The Peter Golladay Trio.

The band consists of Peter Golladay on guitar, Bill Smith on bass and Dave Shelton on drums.

Stop by Salt Pond Pub every Sunday from Memorial Day to Labor Day from 4:00-6:00 PM and enjoy live music along with delicious food and drinks. Perfect for relaxing with the whole family (furry friends are welcome too). Great to enjoy after a day of hiking Mountain Lake's 22 miles of trails.

Admission is free. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
