Biography:
Charles Lytton is a native of the New River Valley and grew up listening to the tales told by older members of the community. Lytton draws from those stories and from his own life experiences to weave colorful tales that he delivers both in the oral storytelling tradition and in the written word.
His books include: "New River Bonnets", "Apple Butter and Moonshine", "The Cool Side of the Pillow", "Kids in the Kitchen", "Set Right Still Dawn Is Fixin To Break", "Wine the World's Greatest Science Project", "My Brother The River" and "The View From The White Rock".
