Description:
New River Art & Fiber presents a Sunday Crafternoon on Sunday, May 31, 2026 at Moon Hollow Brewing in Blacksburg, VA.

We will be making clay dishes with floral depressions and then painting them!

By pressing various botanicals into wet clay and then removing them, delicate depressions are left behind, like fossils formed in moments instead of millennia. Once the clay dish has dried, you will have the option of painting it to highlight the botanical design.

These dishes are not food safe, but make the perfect ring dish, trinket tray, or coaster.

The cost is $16.00 per person and includes all materials and instruction.
