Description:
Pulaski County Motorsports Park continues their Weekly Series Auto Racing along with special guests the Southern Ground Pounders on Saturday, May 9, 2026.

Race Day Schedule:
• 1:00 PM: Pits Open
• 2:00-5:00 PM: Practice (Alternating Divisions)
• 4:00 PM: Fan Gates Open
• 5:00 PM: Qualifying
• 7:00 PM: Green Flag of 1st Race

Enjoy the Southern Ground Pounders along with the regular weekly racing. The Southern Ground Pounders Vintage Racing Club is based in Virginia and the Carolinas and is one of the oldest and most respected vintage racing organizations on the East Coast. The Southern Ground Pounders race vintage modified and vintage sportsman cars from the 1950s to the 1980s.

Racing schedule (in order of races):
• Pure 4: 20 Laps
• Legends: 25 Laps
• Super Street: 35 Laps
• Mod 4: 30 Laps
• Southern Ground Pounders
• Limited Late Model Stock: 50 Laps

General admission tickets are $12.00, $10.00 for seniors ages 62 & up and for college students with ID and free for kids 12 & under and military veterans with military ID.

VIP Suites and VIP Tower are available for individuals and groups. Please contact the track office for details at 540-639-1700.

14 inch Coolers are allowed though no alcohol or glass allowed in cooler. Adult beverages will be available for purchase. Lawn Chairs allowed in the top three rows. Chair backs, blankets and cushions allowed everywhere.

Races are subject to change and can be cancelled due to the weather.

Parking is free.
