Blacksburg Boxing and Fitness and JBR Vineyards presents the 2026 Class and a Glass on Saturday, March 28, 2026.

Class Lineup:
• 8:30 AM: Weekend Warrior | High Intensity Burn
• 9:45 AM: Boxing 101 | Beginners
• 10:45 AM: Low Impact Boxing & Yoga | Fitness
• 12:00 PM Boxing Skills & Drills |Technique
• 2:00 PM: Boxing 101 | Beginners

Enjoy free classes all day and reward your workout with a glass of estate-grown wine from JBR Vineyards!

Glasses of wine are $10.00 and $1.00 per taste. Pours start at 9:30 AM and last call is at 3:30 PM. Wine payments go directly to JBR Vineyards. Cash, check and/or card accepted.

Must be 21 or older to enjoy the wine.

No registration is required and no experience is needed. Just show up and move.

Whether you come for the workout, the wine or both, it’s going to be a fun day! Move, sip and repeat!
