Hazelbea Catering presents A Creole Valentine's Dinner on Friday, February 13, 2026 at Radford Coffee Company.

Join us for a special five course Creole Valentine's Day Dinner! We invite you to enjoy a five course meal, each course is paired with a different wine from across the globe. In addition, we will have live music both evenings.

Valentine's Menu:
• 1st course: Maque choux beignet, creole remoulade
• 2nd course: Chestnut & mushroom bisque, herb oil
• 3rd course: Golden beets, whipped goat cheese, cranberry vin, toasted buckwheat, citrus hot honey
• 4th course: Pan-roasted halibut, carolina gold rice risotto, andouille sausage, creole jus
• 5th course: Brioche bread pudding, frangelico creme anglaise

The five course is dinner is $65.00 per person and an optional wine pairing is $24.00.
