Gillie's presents their Annual New Year's Eve Five Course Dinner on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 with two reservation times at 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM.

Join Chef Noah and crew for a special New Year’s dinner! The dinner includes a complimentary glass of champagne.

The five course dinner includes your choice of Amuse Bouche, choice of soup or salad, appetizer and dessert. The entrée features your choice of Salmon Steak and Steak Frites.
