The Montgomery County Christmas Store presents their 2025 Holiday Open House on Sunday, December 7, 2025.

Come as you are and stay as long as you can. See the Christmas Store, enjoy refreshments and spread cheer! Ringo the Virginia Tech Patrol Pony will be in attendance.

All are welcome and no RSVP is necessary.

Donations are greatly appreciated.

We hope you can join us and we encourage you to bring a friend, family member, or colleague to learn more about the store and our outreach efforts.

The Montgomery County Christmas Store (MCCS) is a non-denominational, all-volunteer, community-wide, non-profit organization that assists eligible low-income individuals and families in Montgomery County during the Christmas Season by providing a shopping experience characterized by choice and dignity.

Since 1982, the Christmas Store has served local families providing clothing, food, toys, shoes, household supplies and more. Our shelves are stocked with new merchandise to offer our shoppers a choice. The Christmas Store’s all volunteer staff (except bookkeeping services) is close to 1,000 local volunteers who participate in stocking, assisting shoppers and much more.

The Montgomery County Christmas Store is located at 30 West Main Street in Christiansburg, VA in downtown Christiansburg, VA. Guests should enter off of First Street.
