Global Engagement at Virginia Tech presents an international film screening of the film "Ramen Shop" on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at The Lyric Theatre in Blacksburg, VA.

In celebration of International Education Week, join us for a free screening of the 2018 Japanese drama "Ramen Shop". The first 100 people will receive complimentary popcorn!

Movie synopsis: When a young ramen chef from Japan finds his late Singaporean mother's journal, he takes it with him to her native country, hoping to put together the story of his family and his life.
