The Eggleston Volunteer Fire Department presents their 2025 Labor Day Weekend Mudbog on Saturday, August 30, 2025.

Event Schedule:
• 9:00 AM: Gates Open
• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Registration
• 1:00 PM: Mudbog Competition begins
• ~5:00-6:00 PM: Estimated Competition End Time

Enjoy the return of the Mudbog featuring multiple classes with 100% payout for all classes and more mud! The top three places will receive a trophy and the payout goes to the top two in each class.

Classes include:
• 4x6 Class: $25.00 entry
• Street Class: $25.00 entry
• Mod Street: $40.00 entry
• Hot Street: $50.00 entry
• Open Class: $50.00 entry
• Renegade (Virginia Rules): $50.00 entry

Registration is open from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The competition will start at 1:00 PM.

Entry is $10.00 for spectators ages 9 & up and free for ages 8 & under. Entry is cash only.

Concessions will be available for purchase from the Eggleston Volunteer Fire Department featuring ice cold drinks and great food including hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, fries, Coke, Pepsi, water and more. Cash will be accepted for concessions.

Note: The fire department is having issues with their credit card reader so it is suggested to bring cash for concessions.

Proceeds benefit the fire department.

Come out and watch the mud fly!

Gates open at 9:00 AM and the Mudbug begins at 1:00 PM.
