The Town of Christiansburg and the Christiansburg Parks & Rec wraps up their 2025 Rockin' Main Street Concert Series with their September concert featuring music from The Carolina Shreds and Lyn Avenue on Saturday, September 27, 2025 in downtown Christiansburg, VA at the intersection of West Main Street and Hickok Street.

Music Schedule:
• 5:00 PM: The Carolina Shreds
• 7:00 PM: Lyn Avenue

Celebrate food and music in downtown Christiansburg! We’ll start the evening off with The Carolina Shreds taking the stage at 5:00 PM. Then at 7:00 PM, Lyn Avenue will take the stage.

The Carolina Shreds is a North Carolina rock band shredding familiar tunes and keeping great music alive.

Over the last few years, Lyn Avenue has honed a sound that's both timeless in its classic-inspired songwriting yet refreshingly modern in its genre-blending and originality. Driven by rich vocals, electrifying leads, and boot stomping rhythms, Lyn Avenue is a burning ember of authentic country music.

Attendees will also be able to purchase food and drinks from a selection of food trucks and wine & beer vendors.

An assortment of beer and wine options will be available for purchase at this event. Please bring your IDs if you would like to purchase beer or wine.

Admission is free and all are welcome.

Rockin’ Main Concerts take place the second Saturday in May, June, August, and September. Rockin’ Main Concerts feature live performances by favorite local bands as well as up and coming bands.

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs to sit and watch the live music.

Concerts are rain or shine.
