The Town of Christiansburg and the Christiansburg Parks & Rec kicks off their 2025 Rockin' Main Street Concert Series featuring music from The Jared Stout Band and Noah Spencer on Saturday, May 10, 2025 in downtown Christiansburg, VA at the intersection of West Main Street and Hickok Street.

Celebrate food and music in downtown Christiansburg! This is the same lineup as last year's kickoff concert and features two local favorites with alt-country band The Jared Stout Band, who now performs across the country, and up-and-coming Southwest Virginia musician Noah Spencer who was a contestant on The Voice.

Get ready to experience the high-octane energy and soulful sound of the Jared Stout Band! This alt-country powerhouse hails from Southwestern Virginia and is known for their unique blend of Appalachian rhythm and blues.

As runners-up for the "On-The-Rise" award at FloydFest 22, the Jared Stout Band delivers an unforgettable performance by bringing their own energetic and soulful original songs to the stage. Jared Stout's relatable songwriting and powerful voice are front and center, supported by a group of audibly and emotionally dynamic musicians.

With their captivating sound, The Jared Stout Band will hold you on to every note, creating a mesmerizing and unforgettable live music experience.

Formed in 2018, they became an area favorite winning the 2020 Rockn to Lockn competition. A highly versatile group that has the ability to take any stage and own it with their energetic mix of covers, mashups, and soulful originals. You won't want to miss this chance to see one of the most exciting acts in the alt-country scene!

Noah Spencer is an up and coming musician from Richlands in Southwest Virginia. He brings a genuine passion to the stage with a voice that's both soft and smooth, but also gritty and soulful. His shows cover a wide range of styles from country to rock, Americana, pop, and gospel. He enjoys singing and playing guitar, drums, piano and the ukulele. He loves to entertain and is always ready to play.

Noah was also a contestant and starred on NBC's "The Voice" in Season 24 advancing to the playoff rounds.

Noah started singing in church when he was 5 years old and picked up his first guitar when he was 11. From there he also picked up drums, piano, bass and even ukulele. He stays busy year round with school and sports, but his ultimate passion is playing music and performing any time he has the chance. His musical influences are broad and include artists from many genres including David Crowder, Shane and Shane, Zac Brown, John Mayer, Ed Sheeran, Tyler Childers, Chris Stapleton and Jack Johnson just to name a few.

Attendees will also be able to purchase food and drinks from a selection of food trucks and wine & beer vendors.

The food truck lineup includes 800 Degrees Pizza, Squeez'um and Shake'um, The Taco 'Bout and Wang's Food Truck.

An assortment of beer and wine options will be available for purchase at this event. Please bring your IDs if you would like to purchase beer or wine.

Admission is free and all are welcome.

Rockin’ Main Concerts take place the second Saturday in May, June, August, and September. Rockin’ Main Concerts feature live performances by favorite local bands as well as up and coming bands.

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs to sit and watch the live music.

Concerts are rain or shine.
