Ready to get your sweat on this summer? Stop on by our Summer Fitness Open House. We'll have free subs from Hokie House Sub Shop starting at 11:00 AM while supplies last, free raffle entry to win sweet prizes and more!
Meet our owners and friendly staff of certified trainers who are ready to encourage and motivate you to get the most of your workouts this summer! We'd love to give you a tour of our 5,000 square foot facility, talk about the 30+ fitness & boxing classes that we have to offer, and answer any questions that you may have.
All are welcome and beginners of both fitness and boxing are encouraged to stop in to check us out.
