The Gaye Y. Whitaker Memorial Fund presents their Third Annual Kentucky Derby Fundraiser on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at the VTCRC Event Center located within the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center.

Get ready for mint julips and big hats! Join us for our annual Kentucky Derby Fundraiser. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be provided and a cash bar with a bartender on hand with derby drink specials available. There will be plenty of TVS for watching the races, a prize raffle and more!

Derby attire is recommended.

The cost is $25.00 per person and all ticket proceeds will go directly to charity which provides support and assistance for local women with cancer and this year's Memorial Fund nominee Wendy B. from Blacksburg, VA.
