Virginia Tech Rec Sports and Sigma Phi Epsilon presents 2025 Feel Good 5k on Saturday, February 22, 2025 starting and ending at The Fishbowl at Oak Lane on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Join us for the Feel Good 5K, a fun and active way to celebrate community and wellness! The course starts at the iconic Fishbowl on Oak Lane and takes you through the scenic on-campus golf course. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to stay active, this is a great chance to enjoy the outdoors and connect with fellow students and community members.

Inspired by the incredible journey of our reigning Homecoming Royalty, whose story of resilience and self-love has been a guiding force for this event, we welcome participants of all fitness levels to join us. Whether you're walking, jogging, or running, this event is designed for you to feel empowered and supported as you move toward a healthier, happier you.

Registration includes a commemorative t-shirt and post-race snacks to refuel after your run.

The cost is $10.00 per participant.

Register by January 31st to ensure you get a t-shirt in your size. If you are registering after February 18, 2025 your shirt will not arrive until the week after the race.
