Description:
The Pulaski River Turtles Appalachian League team hosts the Tri-State Coal Cats in their final regular season game of the 2024 season on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at historic Calfee Park.

It's the regular season finale, Human Cannonball and Back To School Night. The 2024 season is going out with a bang! The No. 1 Human Cannonball in the world is coming to Calfee Park! David "the Bullet" Smith holds six Guinness World Records and has been featured on many popular television programs such as America’s Got Talent. Don’t miss his spectacular performance following the game.

All employees of Montgomery, Wythe and Pulaski County Public Schools will receive free general admission tickets. It's also Waggin' Wednesday so fans can bring their well-behaved, leashed dogs to the ballpark.

Note: There is a $1.50 processing fee per ticket to purchase tickets online.

First pitch is at 7:00 PM and gates open at 5:30 PM.

Parking is free at Calfee Park.

The Appalachian League is a 10-team summer collegiate baseball league played in the heart of the Appalachia region of the United States and is part of the Major League Baseball (MLB) and USA Baseball Prospect Development Pipeline. The league is also an identification and selection opportunity for the following summer’s USA Baseball Collegiate National Team.

The Appalachian League will predominantly be comprised of rising freshman and sophomores from all collegiate levels, including NCAA Divisions I, II and III, NAIA and the NJCAA; however rising juniors and seniors, as well as graduating seniors are also eligible to participate in the league.
