Description:
The Gaye Y. Whitaker Memorial Fund presents the 7th Annual Finish the Fight 5k on Saturday, August 13, 2022 along the Huckleberry Trail starting and ending at the Christiansburg Recreation Center.

Schedule:
• 8:30 AM: Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup
• 9:30 AM: 5k Begins

Get registered today for this fun run or walk for a great cause!

Race t-shirts are included with registration along with water and energy drinks. This year's Grand Marshal is Virginia Tech basketball player Pat Wessler.

The cost is $25.00 in advance or $30.00 the day of event.

Registration and packet pickup will be in the parking lot behind the Rec Center.

All proceeds benefit this year's recipients, Jackie Haynes and Regina Clark.

The Gaye Y. Whitaker Memorial Fund was established to help local women in the New River Valley and Southwest Virginia who have demonstrated similar strength as Gaye Y. Whitaker in their battle with a cancer diagnosis.
