Zeppoli's presents a Wine Dinner with Chef T from Food Networks Big Restaurant Bet on Wednesday, April 13, 2022.

Enjoy a wine dinner prepared by Chef T who will be featured on Food Network's new show "Big Restaurant Bet" this season! The dinner includes five courses along with five paired wines. Stan Davis will speak regarding the wines.

Chef T was previously the "Hell’s Kitchen" Season 14 runner-up.

Courses and Wine Pairings include:
- Zucchini fritter- chicken, bacon butter, Marinara, parmesan, herbs
(Paired with a Sparkling wine - details soon)

- Bucatini Cacio e Pepe- corn cream, pecorino Romano, peppercorn
(Gewurztraminer)

- Seabass- saffron risotto, fumet, tomatoes, preserved lemon, apple+fennel relish, chives
(Gruner Veltliner, pinot gris)

- Veal cheeks- pomme puree, mirepoix, demi glace
(jammy zinfandel)

- Biscotti creme brulee
(sweet sparkling)

The tickets are $79.99 before tax and gratuity. Reservations are required.
