Cancer Kids and Christmas presents their 2017 Main Event featuring Breakfast with Santa, Music and Live Auction Fundraiser on Saturday, November 18, 2017 inside the Pearisburg Community Center.
Schedule:
• 8:00-10:00 am: Breakfast with Santa & Photos
• 8:00 am: Bake Sale
• 8:00 am: Melanie Vaught performance
• 8:00 am - 2:00 pm: Vendors setup
• 8:45 am: Tyler Jones and 90 Proof performance
• 9:00 am: Corn Hole Tournament begins
• 9:00 am - 12:00 pm: Kids Zone with Facepainting
• 9:30 am: Chad Robertson and Corey Lowe performance
• 10:15-11:00 am: Sarah Ragsdale performance
• 12:00-1:00 pm: Hands for Gods Puppet Show
• 1:00 pm: Program with founder Travis Sparks, guest speakers and families and survivors introduction and recognition
• 2:00 pm: Live Auction begins
Enjoy Breakfast with Santa and photos in the morning, live music, food, Kids Zone with face painting and bouncy house, Cornhole Tournament, bake sale and more than 30 vendors selling their wares throughout the event.
At 1:00 pm, the event program will begin with Cancer Kids and Christmas founder Travis Sparks and two special guest speakers, drawing of the Super Raffle winner, survivor and family recognition with the Survivor Prayer and live auction that will start at 2:00 pm and will continue until all the donated items are gone.
The Cornhole Tournament starts at 9:00 am and is a double elimination tournament. Entry is $10.00 per team and trophies will be presented to the top two teams. To sign-up, contact Chucky Buracker at 540-922-2980.
Cancer Kids and Christmas is a local organization that has helped more than 30 families who are battling cancer have a better Christmas over the last five years. 100% of the proceeds and donations are donated to the families each year.
Please come out and help us raise money for local area families battling cancer so they can enjoy Christmas that cancer so often takes away.
On Friday, Cancer Kids and Christmas will be holding a Hot Dog Dinner & Benefit Concert at the Pearisburg Community Center from 5:00-9:00 pm featuring The Five Stones, Terry Mullins and Dwayne Gilpin and Eric Gress.
