Kids in Kayaks Class
Venue: Christiansburg Aquatic Center, Christiansburg

Description:
This class will introduce children to the sport of kayaking and will focus on teaching them the parts of a kayak, equipment, floating in their life jacket (or PFD), getting in and out of the kayak and practicing paddle strokes. Don't worry - there will be lots of fun and games, too!

The class will be held at the Christiansburg Aquatic Center and is brought to you by the Montgomery County Rec Department. No spray skirts will be used to help your child feel more comfortable in and around the water.

For ages 7-11. Registration deadline is Wednesday, March 14th.
