For food lovers of all ages and skill levels. This seminar features Raw and Wonderful: Sushi. Learn professional culinary techniques adapted for the typical home kitchen.

Instructor is local Chef Ed McClain. All classes will be held at the Blacksburg Community Center.

The class is available for ages 16 and up.
