Description:
NRV Pinball presents December IFPA Pinball Tournament on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at The Maroon Door in Blacksburg, VA.

This will be a Fair Strikes knockout format qualifying with Amazing Race playoff. We will play a 5-strike knockout in groups of 3 or 4 (scored 0/1/2 or 0/1/1/2) until half the participants have been eliminated. The remaining top half will then proceed to the playoff.

The playoff will be Amazing Race format, in which a series of games will be played by all players, with the lowest scoring player on each game being eliminated until there is just one remaining. As soon as any player is not the lowest scorer on a game, they move onto the next game.

The tournament entry fee is $20.00 to participate with $10.00 of the entry fee going into the prize pool.

The tournament is limited to first 16 persons that sign up.

Prize Pool Winnings:
• 1st Place: 50% of prize pool
• 2nd Place: 25% of prize pool
• 3rd Place: 15% of prize pool
• 4th Place: 10% of prize pool

This event is an official Stern Army tournament with Stern supplied prizes given out by random drawings to all participants.

The pinball machines will be on free-lay during the tournament.

Sign-ups starts at 5:45 PM and the tournament starts at 6:30 PM or earlier if the 16 person limit is reached.
