Description:
The Virginia Tech Women's Basketball team continues their 2025/2026 season against ACC conference opponent Duke in their ACC season opener on Sunday, December 7, 2025 in Cassell Coliseum.
It's the annual Maroon Effect game. Fans are encouraged to wear maroon.
Clear cowboy boot cup will be available for early arriving Virginia Tech students at the Promotions Booth by Section 101.
Corgis will race at halftime.
Anything But a Cup game. Fans are encouraged to bring items that could be used for drinks besides a cup. Fans can show their item at the concession stand by Section 111 to claim their discounted bottle soda. Fans cannot bring any metal items and must be under 20oz.
General admission tickets are $13.00 for adults and $7.50 for youth.
Family Four packs are also available for $11.00 for each ticket with a minimum purchase of four tickets.
Tickets can be purchased in person at the Athletics Ticket Office in the Southwest Tower of Lane Stadium during the week, by phone at 540-231-6731 or at the ticket windows of Cassell Coliseum on game day or online.
