The Hokie Club presents a Movie Night with "Despicable Me 4" on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at English Field on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Join us for Virginia Tech Athletics Movie Night! This family-friendly evening under the stars will feature a showing of "Despicable Me 4".

"Despicable Me 4" is a 2024 animated family adventure comedy staring the voices of Steve Carell, Kristen Wiig and Pierre Coffin. The film is rated PG.

Movie Synopsis: Gru, Lucy, Margo, Edith, and Agnes welcome a new member to the family, Gru Jr., who is intent on tormenting his dad. Gru faces a new nemesis in Maxime Le Mal and his girlfriend Valentina, and the family is forced to go on the run.

Our partners at Blacksburg's Drive Thru Dunkin' on South Main Street will join us in celebration of the Hokie Club and Virginia Tech Athletics with giveaways, treats and more!

Tickets are $12.00 for adults and $8.00 for kids 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased online in advance at https://aimsbbis.vt.edu/athleticsmovienight and same-day registration will also be available.

Admission includes entry to the ballpark. Adult admission also includes a $5.00 gift to the Keep Jumping Fund.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own blankets to sit on the field and on the bern behind the third base dugout. Chairs are not permitted on the field.

Gates open at 6:30 PM and the movie begins at 7:30 PM.

English Field is located at 260 Duck Pond Drive in Blacksburg, VA on the campus of Virginia Tech.
