Description:
The Mill Mountain Zoo presents Night Howls on Thursday nights in January (Jan. 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th) from 5:15 to 7:00 pm nightly.

Bundle up, bring your friends, and come up to the zoo to listen to the wolves howl, the owls hoot and the big cats call! Participants will begin the nights enjoying hot cider and cookies indoors while a Zookeeper talks about nocturnal animals and the noises they make. The group will proceed outdoors for a guided tour of the zoo in the DARK to observe the nocturnal animals and enjoy the spectacular night-time view of the city from the zoo.

Admission is $7.50 for children and $10 for adults. Call the Zoo at 540-343-3241 or go to http://www.mmzoo.org and click on Night Howls to sign up!

NOTE: Reservations are suggested to save your spot!

All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear warm coats - hats and gloves are recommended!
