Join Mountain Lake Lodge for their New Year's Eve Dinner prepared by Chef Michael on Tuesday, December 31st.

Dinner Menu:

• Appetizer (select one)
- Seared Scallops with Lobster Risotto
- Lobster Bisque
- Shrimp Cocktail
- Chef Michael's Oyster Rockefeller - crispy fried Virginia oysters with a lemon butter sauce over sauteed spinach and fennel

• Salad (select one)
- Caesar Salad
- The Harvest Salad - Tender greens with local feta cheese, dried cranberries and balsamic dressing

• Entree (select one)
- Rack of Lamb - Crusted with rosemary and served with fresh mint sauce
- Filet Mignon - Eight ounces center cut with shiitake demi glace
- Twin Lobster Tail - Two, four ounce cold water tails with drawn butter
- Surf and Turf - Four ounce tail with drawn butter and a four ounce filet with mushroom demi glace
- Grilled Rib Eye Steak - 12 oz Delmonico grilled and topped with blue cheese crouton
- Stuffed Flounder - Lemon Baked Sole baked with crab imperial
- Vegetable Risotto - Grilled vegetables with toasted risotto and fresh herbs
Stuffed Chicken Breast - Baked with fresh spinach, sundried tomatoes, and Gouda cheese
