Description:
Chateau Morrisette will open the Christmas season with the essence of the Middle Ages at our madrigal dinner on Saturday, December 7th. The evening will feature a good bit of jest and madrigal song. Our chef will be inspired by the period to create a feast of love.
Return to the days of Merrie Olde England, where Christmas is upon us! The King is hosting a royal holiday dinner for his subjects, complete with multiple courses of delectable food and world famous wine. His Majesty has also arranged entertainment for the evening, with lavishly costumed singers, dancers, troubadours and, of course, the court jester.
You will also delight to a command performance by a traveling troupe of actors. There’s mischief afoot, as the King goes missing! Where has he gone—and who’s that taking his place at the royal table? Your heart will soar with song, your sides will ache with laughter, and your holiday season will begin with joy. It’s a Christmas celebration for the ages!
Afterwards, follow us down to light the tree by the winery before you journey home.
Cost is $85 per person which includes a four course dinner, wines and theater. Reservations and pre-payment are required.
