Join us for a farm fresh meal. There will be wine and beverage pairings with each course with a focus on food and farm.
Dinner Menu:
• Fava bean salad with radishes, goat cheese, and charred onion vinaigrette
• Blistered shishito peppers with preserved lemon aioli and smoked Appalachia salt
• New potatoes with smoked trout and trout caviar
• Dry aged beef carpaccio with black garlic, quail egg, daikon, and watercress
• Brisket & bratwurst with collard greens and accoutrements
• Dessert
