Join Virginia Tech President Tim Sands and New River Valley leaders for a conversation. Noelle Bissell, director of the New River Health District and Anthony Wilson, chief of Blacksburg Police, will join President Sands to discuss the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine to the community and public health guidelines.
