The Virginia Center for Civil War Studies presents “Remembering America’s Second Founding: Reconstruction and Public History" on Wednesday October 26, 2016 starting at 4:30 pm in room 103A of the Surge Space Building.

The lecture will be given by Northwestern University's Kate Masur as part of the Legacies of Reconstruction series and organized by Dennis Halpin and Paul Quigley, and supported by CLAHS, the Department of History, the Program in Material Culture and Public Humanities, and VCCWS.

The Surge Space Building is located at 400 Stanger Street on the campus of Virginia Tech.
