The 2016 New River Valley Fair continues on Thursday, July 28, 2016 featuring the Third Annual Praize Hymn Gospel Concert and Twins Contest at the New River Valley Fairgrounds in Dublin, VA.

The 2016 New River Valley Fair will be held from July 25-30, 2016. Enjoy six days of fun. A true Country Fair since 1872!

7:00 pm - 3rd Annual Praize Hymn Gospel Concert - Grandstand - Free
7:00 pm - Twins Contest - Wysor Building - Free
7:30 pm - Appalachian Aftershock - Wysor Building - Free
7:30 pm - Lamb & Wool on Parade and Costume Classes - Richardson Building Arena

On Thursday enjoy the Third Annual Praize Hymn Gospel Concert features music from The Shepherd's Staff, Valley Harvest Praise Team and Spirits of Joy. Admission is free.

Every day activities include the breath-taking midway rides, free daily shows with the Teeny Weeny Circus, Buffalo Beal’s petting zoo with camel and pony rides available, agriculture and homemaking exhibits will be available for viewing in the Farris Building and also enjoy fair food favorites including fried oreos, cotton candy and elephant ears among others, vendors, family fun contests and Back Porch Stage Entertainment.

Gate admission allows you entry into the fair, rides are an additional cost. You can purchase a Pay-One-Price Wristband to ride unlimited rides or purchase individual tickets to ride a specific number of rides.

Note: Rides are typically 3-5 tickets.
