The Outdoor Classroom wraps up the 2014 Summer Nature Series with a presentation entitled: "Falcon Teeth and Hawk Talons!" on Thursday, August 21st led by Master Falconer Lee Chichester.
Why do falcons have stiff feathers while hawks have flexible feathers? Where do hawks lay their eggs and how is that different from falcons? What does this have to do with ecosystems and the environment, anyway?
Park at the Main Entrance to Wildwood Park at Main/Grove or the Sundell/Park Road lot. It is a 5 minute walk to the classroom in the center of the park.
