Blacksburg Master Chorale presents their Spring Concert titled "The Ties That Bind: Community & Relationships in Music" with two performances on Saturday, April 25, 2026 and Sunday, April 26, 2026 at the Blacksburg Presbyterian Church.

Our spring concert explores the meaning of community and the ways music brings people together. It features the premiere of three new songs composed by BMC Music Director Dwight Bigler that are set to poems by the late renowned poet, activist, and Virginia Tech Professor Emerita Nikki Giovanni.
This performance also celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Blacksburg Children’s Chorale, inviting Blacksburg Children’s Chorale alumni as special guests along with with founding director Patrice Yearwood and current conductor Tim Woolwine.
General admission is $20.00, seniors are $15.00, students are $10.00 and kids under five years old are free with a ticket.

The Blacksburg Master Chorale is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing quality, affordable musical performances to the New River Valley and surrounding communities.
The Blacksburg Master Chorale engages audiences and patrons with musically vivid performances of classical and traditional choral works.
