Mountain Lake Lodge continues their Freeze Your Glass Off dinner series with a St. Patrick’s Day Buffet on Friday, March 13, 2026.

Join us at Mountain Lake Lodge for a festive Irish feast! Our chefs are preparing an authentic spread that brings the flavors of Ireland to the mountains.

St. Patrick’s Day Buffet Menu:
Salad:
• Butter Lettuce with Pickled Beets, Hard Boiled Egg, Celery, Heirloom Tomato, Irish Cheddar Cheese, and Herb Vinaigrette

Appetizers:
• Connemara Shrimp: Succulent shrimp named for the rugged coastal region of western Ireland
• Honey and Chive Chicken Wings

Entrées:
• Dublin Coddle: A traditional Irish stew of sausages, bacon, onions, and potatoes slowly simmered together.
• Guinness Braised Corned Beef: Tender beef slow-cooked in Ireland’s famous stout.
• Roasted Salmon with Charred Beet Butter
• Shepherd’s Pie: The classic comfort dish of seasoned meat topped with creamy mashed potatoes.
• Bangers: Traditional Irish sausages with a hearty, savory flavor.

Sides:
• Champ: Creamy mashed potatoes folded with fresh green onions, a beloved Irish staple.
• Peas, Pearls, and Carrots
• Braised Cabbage
• Curry Chips: Crispy fries topped with Irish curry sauce, a popular pub favorite.

The cost is $49.95++ per person for ages 12 & up and $33.95 for ages 11 & under.
