Get ready for great music, tasty food and fun giveaways! Enjoy a free live concert from Newberry and Lewis from Bland, VA in the church sanctuary followed by lunch in the basement at Noon. Door prizes will be drawn for everyone attending the luncheon.
Albert Newberry and Casey Lewis are an Appalachian guitar, piano, and vocal duo from Southwest Virginia and both are members of the band, The Bluzberrys.
Albert Newberry is an Emmy-winning pianist, composer, and filmmaker, Albert’s musical resume includes performances at Carnegie Hall and collaborations across classical, jazz, and bluegrass. His artistry adds depth, creativity, and passion.
Casey Lewis performs guitar and vocals. Hailing from Rocky Gap, Virginia, Casey picked up the guitar at five and hasn’t looked back. He made his mark as lead guitarist and singer for the award-winning Cane Mill Road, blending bluegrass, gospel, blues, and folk into his signature style.
