SustainFloyd and The Floyd Center for the Arts presents the documentary screening of "Fungi, the Web of Life" with Q&A Session on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 upstairs at the beautiful Floyd Center for the Arts.
Join us for a FUNgi film and discussion with Matthew Reiss and Dennis Ross. "Fungi, the Web of Life", is a 2023 documentary that celebrates organisms that are central players in nature’s story of birth, death, and rebirth narrated by Bjork. With beautiful photography and explanation by fungi expert, Merlin Sheldrake, the film tells us about their extraordinary life and ways and explains the role of fungi in battling climate change and deforestation.

Following the film Matthew Reiss and Dennis Ross will kick off a conversation about what we can learn from this film.
