The Radford Fiddle and Banjo Jam happens every Monday evening at The Hub nestled within the Artis Center for Adaptive Innovation and Creativity from 6:00-9:00 pm.
Bluegrass and old-time mountain music are on the schedule every week. Join the jam session or just enjoy the sounds of fiddle, banjo, mandolin, guitar and upright bass in their new location at the Artis Center. The Radford Fiddle and Banjo Jam has been a mainstay of Radford’s music scene since starting in 2000 is an official stop on the Crooked Road.
The jam is free and open to the public for all pickers and fans of bluegrass and old time music.
Admission is free and all are welcome.
The Artis Center is a new building that houses Radford University's College of Visual and Performing Arts, which hopes to partner with the jam to provide more opportunities for playing, hearing and learning bluegrass and old-time mountain music. The Artis Center provides plenty of space and seating for listeners.
The Artis Center for Adaptive Innovation and Creativity is located at 815 East Main Street in Radford, VA on the campus of Radford University.
