Description:
The Town of Narrows presents the Narrows 2025 Veterans Day Service on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 inside the Narrows Fire Department Community Building.

The Veterans Day Service will feature Narrows Army Veteran Dale Shrader as the guest speaker. He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Silver Star for his bravery in the line of duty in Mogadishu, Somalia.

Pastor Jerry Sawyers will begin the program with the national anthem, followed by the pledge of allegiance from Rick Helms of American Legion Post 68. Boy Scout Troop and Cub Scout Pack #68 will raise the military flags and Narrows Mayor Tom Spangler will provide the welcome. Music will be performed by Tim Dowdy and Paster Jerry Sawyers.

The service will end with a laying of the wreaths and a 21 gun salute and honor guard.

All are welcome.

Note: The Veterans Day Service has been moved inside the Narrows Fire Department Community Building.
