The Armory Gallery at Virginia Tech, in collaboration with students from ART 4654 and ART 5546 (Exhibition Design and Display and Advanced Exhibition Design) and the University Libraries’ Virtual Environments Studio and Digital Libraries and Preservation, presents "oh my, Butterflies!" Befriending Our Appalachian Neighbors on Friday, November 14, 2025.
This immersive and interactive exhibition invites visitors to explore the fascinating world of Appalachian butterflies.
Explore interactive butterfly holograms, engage with our map of Appalachia, watch a meditative butterfly projection, and snack on some tasty butterfly-shaped cookies at the opening reception!
The exhibit will be on display through Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
Virginia Tech's Armory Gallery is located at 203 Draper Road in Blacksburg, VA.
