Take a moment to breathe before the Thanksgiving rush! Join us the Saturday before Thanksgiving for a free, relaxing yoga session designed to help you stretch, reset, and find your calm.
Athena Spencer (RYT200, instructor at Sweetgrass Yoga) will lead the free, all levels yoga class. Perfect for beginners!
Open to everyone. You do not need to be a Jazzercise member to attend. Bring a friend, bring the family, or just bring yourself!
Jazzercise Uptown New River Valley is located at 782 New River Road, Suite 831 in Christiansburg, VA within the mall at Uptown Christiansburg.
