The 2025 Walk to End Alzheimer's - New River Valley will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Christiansburg Huckleberry Park.
Schedule of Events:
• 1:00 PM: Walk Site Opens
• 1:30 PM: Promise Garden Grand Opening Ceremony
• 2:00 PM: Walk Begins
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.
Registration is required to participate though there is no fee for the walk. However, we ask every participant to make a personal donation and commit to raising funds in the fight against Alzheimer's.

All funds raised through Walk to End Alzheimer's further the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. The Alzheimer's Association is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Every registered participant who achieves the fundraising minimum of $100 will receive an official Walk to End Alzheimer's T-shirt via USPS.
The route length is 1.5 miles. Strollers are welcome.
The event is rain or shine.
Christiansburg Huckleberry Park is located at 300 Peppers Ferry Road in Christiansburg, VA.
