The Christiansburg Aquatic Center presents their 7th Annual Jacked O' Lantern Workout on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
Join us in the competition pool for a thrilling and festive high intensity workout involving land, water and pumpkins! Beware of the burn from burpees, squats, treading water and more all while holding your pumpkin. Those who complete the workout get to take their pumpkin home!
The cost is $13.00 per person.
Pre-registration is required and is open through Monday, October 27th at 8:00 PM.

Participants must by comfortable in water depth 7-17 feet deep.
