Blacksburg Parks and Recreation Department and Greenhouse Boardshop presents the Trick For Treats Skateboard Contest and Costume Contest on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at the Blacksburg Skate Park.

Event Schedule:
• Registration: 12:00 PM
• Contest Starts: 1:00 PM

Join the local skateboarding contest featuring three divisions including beginners, intermediate and advanced. There will be a timed street run format for both beginners and intermediates. There will also be the Best Trick down the 4-stair as well and an Advanced Bowl Jam for advanced skaters. Competitors will also receive a t-shirt.

1st, 2nd and 3rd place prize will be awarded for each event.

There will also be a Costume Contest for all ages with no skating required.

Music will be provided by DJ Csharp.

Registration is $10.00 for competitors and spectators are free.

All money will benefit the skate park.

Helmets are required and will be provided.

The Blacksburg Skate Park is located at 615 Patrick Henry Drive in Blacksburg, VA.
