The Dublin Church of God hosts the 8th Annual Walk with Logan Cruise-In on Saturday, October 19, 2024.
Enjoy awesome cars, trophies, great food, crafters & vendors, raffles in our biggest event yet!
A near-fatal truck crash in 2016 left Logan Smith, then 18 years old, a C6 and C7 quadriplegic. In just seconds, Logan’s dream to become a Navy Seals officer ended. But, although that particular dream ended, others have now replaced it. Not least of which is to walk again. Despite his physical limitations, in 2021, Logan received two degrees from the prestigious university of Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business.
The Walk with Logan Cruise-In was created to help with Logan's medical expenses and to also pay it forward by helping others in our area in need of equipment. We also give a love gift to a newly injured person to help them stay active. A portion of the money raised will also go to help local charities. And without all of you, we couldn’t do it. Just by attending you can make a difference.
This Cruise-In will be our biggest one yet! As in years past, there will be no entry fee, free food from Christian Grilling BBQ while it lasts including a brown bag filled with a BBQ sandwich, chips, drink & desserts, trophies, free bags for kids with Hot Wheels, and many door prizes. In addition to the crusie-in, crafters & vendors will be in attendance inside the church's gym.
Trophies will be awarded for:
• Best in Show
• Antique
• Street
• Muscle
Join us for beautiful cars and fellowship!
The event is rain or shine.
