New River Art & Fiber presents Gentle Yoga & Meditation at The Gallery on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

Enjoy a gentle mat yoga session in our gallery, led by Lisa Machi. You'll be surrounded by beautiful artwork as you are guided through traditional yoga stretches and poses.

This is yoga for every body! Plenty of modifications (suggestions for alternative poses) and supports (blocks, chairs, etc) will be offered to you for any poses that don't feel good in your body.

The cost is a suggested donation of $15.00 with RSVP requested.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. A few mats will be available for anyone who needs one.

No experience necessary. The class is beginner friendly.
