Is last year’s costume too small or are you just ready to try something new? Join us for our Halloween Costume & Cosplay Swap! Bring clean, gently-used costumes, masks, and accessories (infant through adult) to share, then browse for your next spooky, silly, or spectacular look.
Don’t have anything to trade? No problem, you’re still welcome to take home a costume!
The Blacksburg Library is located at 200 Miller Street in Blacksburg, VA.
